The Ultimate Panacea
Nature is beauty, everywhere you look. Just a flash of contrast as you drive by, the graceful elephant grass backlit by the sun. Sometimes I fall into a state of absolute gratitude for my many blessings - of wisdom, health, love, food and shelter, freedom of speech. Freedom to create. Freedom to travel. Freedom to exist.
Gratitude magnifies intention. So, if your prayer is to heal, or manifest, or transform - infuse it with Gratitude to the Creator of All That Is, Was and Ever Will Be.
Thank You Creator For your many blessings
To express gratitude is to disperse negativity; the two cannot exist together!

The habit of expressing gratitude shifts you to higher frequencies, fine-tuning opportunities to be more in alignment.
In the process of elevating frequency, gratitude heals and calms.
I don’t get to see my son very often, but when I do it’s a burst of perfect Bliss - pure love, appreciation, joy, sharing, openness. I’m supremely grateful for those few moments of perfection, and for being involved as he begins to navigate the rough and unpredictable waters of adulthood.
The joys of motherhood are unparalleled. No other accomplishment could measure anything close to it. I have raised a young man to be empowered to help those who are traumatized… desire for money tempered by desire to be of service. Learning the Art of Dignity. A shining example of generosity, chivalry, responsibility…. a true Knight.
My heart is full. His future is bright. I am so very grateful.
